Pay As You Go Rentals

  • All transactions of Pay As You Go rentals are final. As agreed upon in the Terms and Conditions.
  • If there is a transaction discrepancy caused by the malfunction of our hardware or our App please contact customercare@getpowerbuddy.com.
  • If you had contacted customercare@getpowerbuddy.com please allow up to 7 business days for the discrepancy to be rectified.

Prepaid Package Purchases

  • All package purchases are final. As agreed upon in the Terms and Conditions.
  • The balance of minutes purchased do not expire.
  • All balance of minutes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If there is a transaction discrepancy caused by the malfunction of our hardware or our App please contact customercare@getpowerbuddy.com.
  • If you had contacted customercare@getpowerbuddy.com please allow up to 7 business days for the discrepancy to be rectified.

Pre-Authorization

  • • As per our Terms and Conditions; regular rental charges are deducted from the initial pre-authorized $30 at the beginning of the transaction.
  • Any remaining balance after the rental will be returned to the purchaser.
